High-quality products for rehabilitation and sport
We are specialists in the production of high-quality protective and cushioning elements made of polyurethane foam in the rehabilitation and sport sectors. Thanks to the high flexibility in our production of products such as armrests, massage rollers, Pilates rollers or gymnastic mats, we are able to offer a wide range of possibilities in the shape of these products.
We use an in-house formulation for foam systems, which allows us to react to wide-ranging requirements such as varying Shore hardness or colouring. We offer hardness levels starting at 25 Shore A (very soft) up to 70 Shore A (very hard) in the rehabilitation sector.
We offer first class service and short reaction times in addition to our high quality standards, which are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. Our experience makes it possible to provide you with full service solutions, from the conception through procurement of the necessary tools and insert parts right up to the finished product.
We have also set ourselves high standards in terms of sustainability and environmental compatibility, and to this end we recycle a large proportion of our production waste in cooperation with one of our subsidiary companies through the use of synergy effects within the Kraiburg Group.
